Dear Headmaster,

As a senior student from School of Foreign Languages, I have been preparing for the final exams recently. As you know, there are only two self-study rooms in each teaching building. However, there are a great number of students trying to study there, and these rooms are about to be in a chaotic situation due to the crowded students who are studying for final exams and postgraduate entrance exams.

Since facilities cannot meet the need of students, some measures have to be carried out effectively. For instance, more self-study rooms, which are located in major buildings, are supposed to be opened to all students. I firmly believe that such an effective measure will do great good to building a favorable and harmonious atmosphere of learning in our university.
