I'm from××city with a long history over 2000 years. It lies in the eastern part of××province. Many celebrities were born here, for instance, XXX, XXX and XXX .

In addition, it is famous for the hot springs. They are known for high-quality. Every year there's a Bean Curd Cultural Festival, and visitors at home and abroad feel it comfortable traveling here.

范文2：My hometown------Luoyang

I am from Luoyang, a beautiful city in Henan Province. It is famous as the "capital of nine dynasties " and enjoy the honer that Luoyang peony(牡丹) is the best in the world.

Luoyang played a very important role in Chinese history, so it has a profound cultural background and many great heritage-sites have been well

reserved, such as Longmen grotto, one of the three grottoes in China and White Horse Temple, being regarded as the cradle of Chinese buddhism.

Luoyang peony is world-famous. Every year, many tourists travel to Luoyang to see the beauty of peony. The people in my hometown are friendly, and they welcome the travelers from all over the world.

I am from Fuzhou, a famous city with a long history over 2,200 years. It is called "Rong Cheng" because there were lots of banians(榕树)even 900 years ago.

The city lies in the eastern part of the province. It is the center of politics, economy and culture. Many celebrities were born here, for instance, Yanfu, Xie Bingxin, Lin Zexu and so on . .

You know, there is a saying that "The greatness of a man lends a glory to a place". I think the city really deserves it. The top three artware(工艺品) are Shoushan Stone, cattle-horn combs and bodiless lacquerware(脱胎漆器).

In addition, it is famous for the hot springs. They are known for high-quality. Visitors at home and abroad feel it comfortable bathing here.There is my beloved hometown.

My hometown is Xinyang, a beautiful city in Henan Province. The climate is very pleasant. It is famous for its tippy and Jigongshan.

In addition,there are great scenes here, Nan Wan Lake, Lingshan Temple, Tang Quan Chi and so on. Each year, many people come here for tour and see the beauty.

The people in my hometown are very friendly, hardworking, sincere and honest. They welcome the travelers from all over the world.

So I believe that, with the joint efforts of every person, a better future of Xinyang is coming (round the corner).

XX City is a prefecture-level city which governs 24 towns. Zhongshan is the hometown of Sun Zhongshan, the great revolutionary forerunner of China. As a costal open city, Zhongshan City has been known as "State Hygienic City" "National Garden City" "National Civilized City" and was awarded the "Habitat Prize" by the UN in 1997.
